1) I, the instructor, have the right to re-arrange an appointment to a time suitable to both parties if I the instructor is not available for any reason.

2) All matters relating to the timing, location and duration of individual lessons shall be subject to agreement between myself and the pupil.

3) Lesson cancellations can only be made by the pupil directly with myself at least two working days (excluding Saturday, Sunday and bank holidays) prior to commencement of the lesson otherwise fees mat be charged at mydiscretion. If two working days notice is not given then payment for tuition must be made in advance, either by guaranteed cheque or cash directly to myself so that at all times the pupil is at least one lesson "in Credit". When making a cancellation a phone call or text directly to myself on either of the above numbers will be the only recognised forms of communication.

4) Please remember this is my own vehicle so don't come to lessons in dirty work clothes.
