Legal Requirements 

You must be at least 17 years old and hold a valid provisional driving licence. I will ask for your licence details at your first lesson.

However I am also involved with a scheme organised by the Stratford Upon Avon IAM whereby 16 year olds can gain experience in a safe environment off road. Please click the link above if you are interested and require further information.

You must also be able to read a car number plate (with glasses if you are required to wear them for driving) from 20.5 metres. I will ask you to do this at your first lesson.

I will ask you to do this at your first lesson.Also don't forget that the UK has a no smoking ban in the workplace, which includes driving instructor's training cars. This means that all driving instructors are required by law to display a no smoking sign prominently in their training car.                                                  

                                                                       

 Care of Vehicle

Please remember this is my own vehicle so don't come to lessons in dirty work clothes.

Safety First

Please do not arrive for a lesson if you are under the influence of alcohol or drugs. For obvious reasons you will not be able to recieve driving tuition, but I WILL STILL CHARGE YOU! Also remember if you have drunk heavily the evening before you may well still be over the legal alcohol limit.
