1) All matters relating to the timing, location and duration of individual lessons shall be subject to agreement between myself and the pupil.

2) Payment for lessons can be made by cheque, with the card number on the back, or by cash after the Driving Lesson. Please make sure that you have the payment with you, as driving to the cash dispenser will be done in your lesson time.

3) All lessons are subject to a charge equivalent to the time booked if at least 12 hours notice is not given to cancel a lesson.

4) Lesson cancellations can only be made by the pupil directly with myself at least 12 hours in advance of the commencement of the lesson. If cancellation is received within 12 hours of the commencement of the lesson then fees will be charged at my discretion.

5) When making a cancellation a phone call or text directly to myself on either of the above numbers will be the only recognised form of communication.

6) If you fail to attend a lesson for any reason without cancellation you will be required to pay for future lessons in advance.

7) I, the instructor, have the right to re-arrange a lesson to a time suitable to both parties if I am not available for any reason.

8) Please remember this is my own vehicle so don't come to lessons in dirty work clothes.

9) I cannot be held responsible for unforeseen circumstances, such as mechanical failure of the tuition vehicle or extreme weather. In these circumstances lessons will be rearranged at the earliest mutual convenience.

10) I cannot be held responsible for driving test cancellations made by the DSA, due to bad weather or sickness of driving examiners. If a lesson is started charges will still be applicable.
